We generally agree a rate of remuneration based on a small percentage of the amount recovered for you from your insurers - so no recovery success, no fee.

However, in certain cases, an alternative method of fee calculation may be more appropriate, for instance, an hourly rate. This will be discussed at the outset of any work.

We are always willing to visit potential clients to explain how we can assist. This visit is without obligation and free from any charge.

Our clients have generally found that the net settlement terms we secure demonstrate the economic benefits of our involvement.
